| Report of the damage by the flood occurring in Thailand |
| We would like to inform you of the damage to Toshiba Hokuto Electronics Devices Thailand Co.,Ltd (THDT), which is our subsidiary company, caused by the flood in Thailand. About the water which was flooded in the THDT site, it started drainage in the end of November, and drainage was finished in the beginning of December. At the present time, we already finished removal of waste and the inessential in the THDT site including the factory. And also, we are carrying out the cleaning work, the operation check of the machine, the repair work of the damaged machine for reoperation of the production line in THDT. We are very sorry for your trouble and inconvenience and please kindly understand our unavoidable situation. |
